Ajai also shares in investor relations responsibilities for the company and has established a sound proficiency in raising capital for investment projects.

Ajai is an established entrepreneur who brings 25+ years of experience in developing processes to manage complex projects/portfolios effectively, with 15+ of those years involving real estate projects focused mainly within the multifamily industry.  He has an ownership interest in over 8000 multifamily units as either a deal sponsor or limited partner.
