Hunter Lott is an Asset Manager at Royal Point Equity where he assists with data management, asset management, asset acquisitions, and investor relations. Hunter brings a unique set of knowledge, skills, and abilities to the team that stems from his background in construction, his extensive experience as a Captain and Logistics Officer in the Fire Service, and his role as Executive Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Through these roles and responsibilities, Hunter has collected data, created and overseen maintenance programs, developed presentations for key stakeholders, and managed teams both large and small across multiple disciplines of technical experience for capital assets valued in the $100s of millions. Over the past few years, Hunter began to turn his attention to the study of finance and real estate while managing his own investments and is very excited to continue that journey as a proud member of Royal Point Equity.
